Teachers will be reporting to work soon. I had lunch with friends in various stages of their teaching career. The newbies are excited to get back to work to implement things they learned at the summer workshops they attended.

Most of the veterans are lamenting the fact that they need more time to work in their rooms:

"I don't have time for those silly team-building activities."
"Do I really need to hear about format writing again?"
"Why are they reading from the Powerpoint?"
"Don't teach me how to teach."

What are your thoughts?
